However, due to differences in screen resolution, lighting, and display settings, we cannot guarantee that your device will reflect the exact colours of our products. Minor variations in colour, texture, or design placement may occur, and to the extent permitted by law, Skyepiea is not liable for such variations.
We reserve the right—but are not obligated—to limit the sale of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis. We also reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We may discontinue products or services at any time.
Any offer made for a product or service on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information obtained through Skyepiea will meet your expectations, nor do we guarantee that errors in the service will be corrected.
Future Consumables and Supplement Products.
Skyepiea may introduce food-based or supplement products in the future. By purchasing such items, you acknowledge that these products may be affected by temperature during transit—especially in warmer months—which may alter the shape but not the safety, quality, or taste. Slight melting or squishing of food products does not constitute grounds for a refund or replacement.

6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
Skyepiea reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. At our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed using the same customer account, credit card, or billing and/or shipping address.
If we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address and/or billing information provided at the time the order was made.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information for all transactions made through Skyepiea. You also agree to promptly update your account details, including your email address, billing information, and payment methods, so we can successfully process your orders and communicate with you as needed.

7. Returns and Refunds
As all products are made to order:
Returns, refunds, or exchanges are only available for damaged, misprinted, or defective items.
Incorrect size, design choice, or change of mind are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at admin@skyepiea.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos and a description of the issue.
The third-party provider will assess the claim and handle the resolution accordingly.

8. User Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions

Skyepiea is under no obligation to:

10. Copyright Infringement & DMCA Notice Policy

Customs fees or import taxes (for international orders).
Items lost or damaged in transit, unless covered by the shipping provider.
