To ensure your Skyepiea order arrives safely and without delay, please take a moment to review the following shipping address requirements. These guidelines apply to all domestic and international orders.

MAIN SHIPPING REGION: AUSTRALIA

As an Australia-based brand, most of our orders are shipped within Australia. To avoid any disruptions, please ensure:

Your full name matches the name displayed on your mailbox or property directory.

Your street address includes a clear house or unit number.

If you're in an apartment complex, include the apartment number and floor number if available.

PO boxes are accepted for standard shipping, with some limitations (see below).

A valid phone number is recommended to assist delivery teams if needed.

PO Box Deliveries

PO box delivery is supported within Australia for standard shipping only.

Express Delivery is not available to PO boxes. If selected, your order will automatically default to standard shipping.

Customers must ensure their PO box can fit the item ordered. The largest accepted PO box size is 12" x 22.5".

International Shipping Requirements

Skyepiea ships intends to start shipping worldwide. Some countries require additional information for successful delivery. Please see specific instructions below:

Shipping to Germany

Residential Addresses:

To ensure delivery, provide:

Full name (matching the name on the mailbox/building directory)

Street address and house number

Apartment/floor number (if applicable)

Postcode and city

Country

Incomplete addresses may be returned without a second delivery attempt.

Parcel Lockers (Packstation / Paketfiliale / Paketshop):

1. Recipient must be registered with Deutsche Post/DHL and have an active account.

2. A postal number will be issued and must appear in either the First Name or Last Name field.

Shipping to Brazil

Orders shipped to Brazil must include the recipient’s CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) number:

Add the CPF number to Address Line 2 using the format: XXX.XXX.XXX-XX

Include a valid phone number for customs and delivery communication

If ordering through a third-party platform, ensure this information is collected before production.

Shipping to Chile

All deliveries to Chile require the recipient’s RUN (Rol Único Nacional) or RUT (Rol Único Tributario) number:

Add the RUN/RUT to Address Line 2 in this format: XX.XXX.XXX-Z

Include a phone number to assist with delivery and customs processing

Failure to provide this may result in delays or return of the package.

Skyepiea and its fulfilment partners do not verify addresses — customers are responsible for accuracy.
