Returns and Refunds

As all products are made to order:

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are only available for damaged, misprinted, or defective items.

Incorrect size, design choice, or change of mind are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at Admin@skyepiea.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos and a description of the issue.

The third-party provider will assess the claim and handle the resolution accordingly.
